Daniel Schaeffer Events tells stories. Whether it is collaborating with a couple to craft their dream wedding or working with a nonprofit to raise awareness for their mission, we listen directly to the client and craft an personalized event strategy dedicated to their needs and narrative. We work within the greater New York City area, serving both the city and its extended Fire Island, Hamptons, and upstate communities.
We offer meticulous planning services to assist the client with every step of the planning process, from budget oversight to production logistics to aesthetic direction. We fully understand the importance of finding a balance between maximal opulence and modern minimalism, and we offer our services to help you find that perfect equilibrium while keeping the experience both stress-free and fun. THE PRODUCER
Daniel Schaeffer has been a resident of New York City for the past decade, working within its vibrant fine arts community. After studying Art History at Oberlin College, he moved to the city to begin working in the field. What started as gallery openings and artist performances quickly evolved into sprawling galas and private events. During this time he worked with the Tate Americas Foundation to support the Tate Modern museum and their internationally renowned patrons, arranging events throughout the country from Los Angeles to Miami. Now this work has expanded again to include weddings and other private celebrations, all the while providing the same level of dedicated support, precise planning, and sophisticated judgment.
